In 2020 I founded Dino Katalenić Consulting and led the development of two properties from the ground up: Boutique Hotel & Restaurant Milka in Kranjska Gora and Vila Olivotti in Bled. Both have been featured in the New York Times, Forbes, Vogue, and Le Figaro. The Milka restaurant earned its first Michelin star within three months of opening and its second the year after.
